Winter Break. Something we look forward to. Finals are over the holidays are just around the corner. WHY on earth would someone think it would be a good idea to go out and cheat on their girlfriend. I mean you couldn't have waited until Easter? no one buys gifts on that holiday! Thank god they make receipts. I think some people just don't think about the trouble it is going to be to go shopping after the holidays to return a gift. I think they should try and return their own gift and get trampled by the gaggles of people also trying to exchange unwanted holiday gifts. It would have been nice if he had thought about that before he went and kissed that girl. I should make her return this gift, it is the least she could do really. So, as of now I am boyfriendless and all i have to show for it is a silly sloth stuffed animal (you would get it if you knew him) and a box of lies. Merry Freakin' Christmas.
"Deck the Halls...falalalalala"
All of this and I still have to go to 2 Christmas parties because my family is not really a united one. It is sort of like Congress divided by unresolved issues. When one side has the majority the other can't say anything they want to. No one can agree on anything therefore no progress is ever achieved. One side is isolated and screwed up, no drinking (because most are alcoholics) and not much talking (because there is never much to say). The other side talks too much, and drinks too much. You can see the problems they might have if the got together.
"A house divided cannot stand"
At home we are low on funds like the rest of the world (except the 1%) and Christmas was very small this year. I don't really care about receiving tons of presents even though my parents think I do. They don't understand me really.
"We wish you a Merry Christmas"
All that matters this Winter Break is becoming myself again. I hate the person I have turned into this past year. It's Senior Year time to be me and experience everything I can.
